Each member of the team is well trained and has vast experience in his/her field of responsibility. They bring to the corporate table a wealth of training and experience.

Shaneel Khan – Managing Director & CEO
Shaneel has extensive experience in small to medium business over many years. He is experienced in key areas such as
• Product development
• Corporate structure
• Retail product marketing
• Business management and development
• Logistics & administration

During the past 10 years Shaneel has been working on projects such as franchising businesses, environmental projects at government level, creating and managing successful start up distribution networks in Europe, Middle East, South Africa and Asia. He continues to play an integral role in these distribution networks today.

Shaneel is also involved in producing television home shopping showcases and successfully implemented a program for clients to showcase products on direct response home shopping networks that air on the Foxtel, Austar and Optus networks.

Leslie H (Les) Sprankling – Company Operations Manager and Company Secretary
Les bought his first full time business, a run down bowling alley, in 1971. Six weeks later, after using some proactive marketing strategies, he was operating at a profit. Since then Les has owned or managed a number of businesses including several more bowling alleys, a new insurance agency, and a startup real estate agency.

In 1989 Les travelled to the USA where he studied the methodologies of world renowned marketing expert, Jay Abraham. He also studied the direct marketing and copywriting skills of the late Gary Halbert.

After a 6 year period assisting in the setup and development of ASIC and assisting in the refining of the Corporations Act, Les has an intimate knowledge of company administration and procedures as well as ASIC requirements in relation to corporations.
Les has operated his own business and marketing consultancy, preparing marketing campaigns and designing and building websites. He has written five manuals on business and company operation, marketing and retailing.

Garry Andrews - Business Development Manager
Garry is highly experienced in sales and marketing. He worked in the family business for more than 15 years before taking the environment head-on, bringing business and the environment together. Garry was responsible for the largest re-vegetation project in South Australia’s history at Monarto Zoo. The outcome was to help preserve and save the Murray-Darling River system.

Whilst being involved with several eco-products, including the removal of the dreaded plastic bag, Garry’s passion and drive, motivation and will to succeed is second to none.

Garry’s enthusiasm, his marketing and promotional skills, as well as his limitless energy and passion for excellence ensure the success and prosperity of this company.

Andrea Brown - Web Developer & Graphic Designer
Andrea has been in Graphic Design for around 8 years. Finishing her Graphic Design Certificate in 2005, she decided to branch out into other fields and decided that Web Design was just as exciting. She now has been involved in the web field for around 5 years.

Andrea now owns and runs her own Web and Graphic Design business and specializes in providing website and graphic solutions to help small businesses and individuals discover and expand into the area of interactive business or to improve on their existing websites.

Andrea offers Medivet website, script, logo and banner design as well as, illustration, presentation design, and Web image design.

Dr. Charles Gilbert Sinclair BVSc, JP

Dr Sinclair, a qualified veterinarian for some 40 years, heads up the company IVP International which has been appointed as Medivet’s official Distributor for New Zealand. IVP has also been appointed as a Medivet Distributor in the New England region of New South Wales.

Dr Sinclair was born on 8th Jan 1947 in New Zealand and has an impressive record in Education and Business.

General Education
In his Primary and Secondary education young Gil took the lead being appointed prefect at both levels and became head prefect at boarding school. He achieved -‘School Certificate’, ‘Higher School Certificate’ and ‘University Entrance.’ In sport Gil played rugby, athletics and rowing (he was awarded a school ‘Blue’). Gil was also one of first New Zealanders to be awarded the gold ‘Duke of Edinburgh Award’- as an all-rounder.

Tertiary education
Massey University – degree in ‘Bachelor of Veterinary Science’. Final year - head faculty class-elected representative for the year.

Kripa Krishnan
Kripa Krishnan is a graduate of Bio-Medical Sciences from Victoria University, Australia, (Bachelor of Bio-Medical Sciences). He also has five years of undergraduate medical study at the University of Melbourne, Australia.
He is currently engaged in Product Development and Research in the field of Bio-medical Sciences with ActiStem Ltd., Hong Kong (as well as AdiStem Ltd., Hong Kong and ActiPlantas Ltd., Hong Kong). He has a special and personal interest in the field of immunology and cancer treatments.
His professional experience includes:

David Bellamy - Genetics and Breeding
David Bellamy is an experienced genetic bloodstock architect. His skills and experience in the genetics and breeding of horses and cattle extend over three decades in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

David has extensive experience in the study and breeding of thoroughbred and standardbred horses and stud beef cattle. He has been involved in the selection and breeding of many of our leading sires and dams and their progeny with his successes reading like the Who’s Who of the racing and breeding industry including Group 1 AJC All Age Stakes winner Fine Offer.

David is an international consulting geneticist to breeders in several countries. He has bred many horses at his own stud. His skill in selecting promising unknowns is legendary and his advice has created numerous successful owners and breeders, including the selection of the renowned sire Vance Hanover, Champion New Zealand sire for ten straight years and the all time champion breeding stallion.

In 1986 David created the “New Zealand Thoroughbred National Stud List,” representing his selection of 100 mares to protect and develop New Zealand’s elite breeding females that has been acknowledged by Queen Elizabeth. The foundation list of mares, their daughters and grand-daughter’s progeny have out-performed all other Thoroughbred National Studs internationally.

David is currently involved in a number of international cattle breeding programs including Tropical Stud Beef.

Peter Adelstein - Global Sales and Marketing
Peter holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Marketing from the University of NSW, Australia.

Peter has wide international business experience in both investment banking and marketing.

Peter has been CEO of a highly successful Australian listed property company, successfully advised clients on a range of mergers and acquisitions and developed and operated the award winning Lindeman Island resort, Whitsunday Islands, Queensland.

Peter is a key player in Medivet’s rapid international expansion, exhibiting a strong entrepreneurial flair, a sound knowledge of stem cell technologies, keen interest in equine and canine racing and breeding and a ready ability to utilise marketing strengths and initiatives within individual national markets.
