The Parties – Customer, Seller & Supplier
These terms and conditions of sale, as amended from time to time by the Seller, apply to all sales of Products by the Seller to the Customer. In some cases the Seller may act as agent for the Supplier of the Product purchased by the Customer.

• I understand that the products I have purchased are for animal use only and in some cases a qualified veterinary practitioner may be needed to administer the product.

• I further agree that I will use the products as directed and understand that Medivet Pty Ltd is not responsible for any adverse reaction as a result of using, or the misuse of any product in the Medivet range.

Prices for all goods sold within Australia will include an amount for Goods and Services Tax (GST),

The risk of loss or damage to the Product passes from Medivet to the Customer on the date and at the time that the Product is removed from storage for the purpose of delivery to the Customer.

Payment for product is required at the time of or prior to delivery. Acceptable methods of payment are cash; bank transfer; money order; Western Union Money Transfer; certified bank cheque; letter of credit; credit card. Internet Transactions can be paid only by credit card. Where requested, credit terms may be approved.

Any delivery times notified to the Customer are estimates only and the Seller is not responsible for late deliveries.

Medivet will not accept any product returns that require cold storage. The Supplier warrants that for a period of 30 days from the date of dispatch, any product supplied by it will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use. This warranty does not apply where, in the Supplier's opinion, a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, by non-adherence to administration instructions or caused by misuse of the product. As animals vary from breed to breed and species to species, and administration doses and times are outside the control of the Supplier, product performance and effectiveness are beyond the control of Medivet. For storage, handling and application instructions please check the documents that come with the product.

Claims & Liabilities

Any claim by the Customer as to incorrect performance or breach of these terms and conditions must be made to the Supplier in writing within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt, for which time is of the essence. The total liability of the Supplier, its employees, and agents is limited to one or more of the following at the option of the Supplier: replacement of the Product supplied or a refund of Product price including GST. Liability does not and cannot extend to consequential loss or damage.

The Supplier will not be liable under this warranty where, in the Supplier’s reasonable opinion, a defect is caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to administration instructions, improper use or by other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party; or any defect, loss or damage is caused to the Product during delivery or shipping.

Refunds and returns or replacements do not include postage and/or handling charges and all such charges are at the expense of the Customer. All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receipt by the Supplier.
